Job Descriptions
1. นำเสนอขายผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการด้านการจัดฝึกอบรม การโค้ช การเป็นที่ปรึกษา ของบริษัทฯ ตามแผนการขายที่กำหนดไว้ ทั้งกับลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้ามุ่งหวัง เพื่อให้ได้ยอดขายตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทกำหนด 2. เข้าเยี่ยมลูกค้าเพื่อสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ตลอดจนพยายามเข้าถึงและมีส่วนร่วมในการรับรู้แผนพัฒนาพนักงานของลูกค้า เพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้มาดำเนินการด้านข้อเสนอทางธุรกิจของบริษัทฯ 3. บริหาร จัดการ สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า เพื่อทำให้เกิดความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีต่อกันในระยะยาว และร่วมสร้างแผนพัฒนาตลอดจนการใช้ผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัทในระยะยาวต่อไป 4. ดูแลและช่วยแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจในการใช้บริการของบริษัทฯ 5. สื่อสารและทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการของลูกค้าให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานกระบวนการของบริษัทฯ 6. วิเคราะห์และจัดทำสรุปรายงานการขายนำเสนอผู้บริหาร เพื่อช่วยในการติดตามยอดขายและแก้ปัญหาต่างๆ จากการขายอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
Qualifications
  1. อายุไม่เกิน 33 ปี ปริญญาตรี ในสาขาการบริหารธุรกิจหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในงานขาย
  3. หากมีประสบการณ์ในงานขายหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
