Job Descriptions
1. แก้ไขปัญหา Hardware, Software, Network 2. ลงโปรแกรม Windows Office และโปรแกรมอื่น ๆ 3. ตรวจสอบแก้ไขระบบ Hardware, Network, OS, POS 4. Remote ซัฟพอท รวมถึงวิ่งงานซัฟพอทในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง 5. ติดตั้ง ลงโปรแกรม ดูแลระบบ Internet และระบบ Security 6. ใช้งานระบบตั๋วในการรับงาน ติดตามงาน และปิดงาน 7. ดำเดินการ และปิดตั๋วภายใน SLA ที่กำหนด
Qualifications
  1. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 2 ปี ในตำแหน่ง IT Support
  2. มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ ระบบสารสนเทศ อุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงอื่นๆ
  3. มีความรู้ทางด้าน Software หรือการแก้ไขปัญหาโปรแกรมต่าง ๆ เช่น Microsoft Office
  4. มีประสบการณ์การใช้ระบบตั๋ว (Ticket tool), ความสำคัญของตั๋ว (Ticket Priority), การซัฟพพอร์ท SLA
  5. มีความเข้าใจการทำงานของคอมพิวเตอร์, เครื่องพิมพ์, จอภาพ, อุปกรณ์สำรองไฟ
  6. สามารถซ่อม โน้ตบุ๊ค ปริ้นเตอร์ มอนิเตอร์ได้
  7. สื่อสารดี มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
  8. สามารถทำงานจันทร์ - เสาร์ ใน Office Hour รวมถึง on call นอกเวลางานใน critical case
  9. หากเคยซัฟพอร์ทโรงงานหรือไลน์การผลิตจะพิจรณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. ซื่อสัตย์ มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา ไม่ทิ้งงาน
  11. จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
