- ทำการสัมภาษณ์เบื้องต้น
- ประสานงานนัดผู้บริหารและผู้เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อทำการสัมภาษณ์
- จัดทำเอกสารว่าจ้าง
- ปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ พร้อมจัดทำแฟ้มประวัติพนักงานใหม่
- งานข้อมูลพนักงานและเอกสารต่างๆ
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส-ปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการสรรหาว่าจ้าง 3 ปีขึ้นไป
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office, Google form ได้ดี
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การโน้มน้าวจิตใจ
- มีความรู้ด้านกฎหมายแรงงาน
- สามารถวางแผนการสรรหาและสรุปReport ได้
- สามารถทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ เวลา 8.00 -17.00 น.
