Job Descriptions
-Amend Export Document before send to the customer
-Send email to Sales / CSVC or other dispute information raise by the customer
-Complete Data in the system for overseas office within schedule
-Send email notification to concerned parties
-Prepare related documents for refund and submit to superiors for further endorsement / approval
-Response on internal and external calls and coordinate with other departments to solving the problem relate to the documents
-Verify SI from customers.
Qualifications
- Male or Female with 25 - 40 years of age.
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in the role of Outbound (Export) Documentation from SHIPPING LINE business.
- Good command of English both speaking and writing
- Having sense of service and good team player
- Flexible working hour (Can do overtime job)
- Good in MS Office.
- Honesty and Hard working
- จันทร์ - ศุกร์ เวลา 8.30-17.00 วันเสาร์ work from home
