Job Descriptions
1. เฝ้าระวังระบบServer ให้เป็นไปตามปกติ
2. ตรวจสอบความพร้อมการใช้งาน Server
3. ปิด/เปิด ระบบการแจ้งเตือนก่อนทำการ Maintenance ระบบ
4. ติดต่อประสานงานและสรุปรายงาน
5. แจ้งประสานงานแก้ไขปัญหาทาง Application/Infrastructure
6. Maintenance ระบบให้ทำงานได้อย่างปกติ
7. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
ทำงาน วันจันทร์-ศุกร์ (หยุด เสาร์-อาทิตย์ นักขัตฤกษ์)
Qualifications
- สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวะคอมพิวเตอร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานทางด้านคอมพิวเตอร์
- มี Service Mind และทัศนคติที่ดี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานServer , H/W , OS, Windows Server, AS400
- สื่อสารดี มีใจรักงานบริการ
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้
- มีประสบการณ์ทาง Monitoring มา 1-2 ปี
- หากมีประสบการณ์เคยใช้ tool solar win จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
