Job Descriptions
1. ติดต่อนำเสนอบริการและราคาของบริษัทให้กับลูกค้าเก่าและหาลูกค้าใหม่ 2. ให้ข้อมูลรายละเอียดการใช้บริการกับลูกค้าผ่านช่องทางติดต่อต่างๆของบริษัท เช่น Line OA,Facebook,โทรศัพท์ 3. ติดตามผลและรายงานผลลูกค้ายังไม่ตัดสินใจและลูกค้าที่ตัดสินใจสมัครใช้บริการ 4. ประสานงานส่งต่อข้อมูลให้ฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า 5. จัดทำรายงาน ติดตามความคืบหน้าสรุปปัญหา ข้อเสนอแนะและแนวทางแก้ไขในหน้าที่ที่รับผิดชอบ นำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา 6. หาโอกาสการขายและขยายฐานลูกค้าให้เพิ่มมากขึ้น
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง
  2. อายุ 25-35 ขึ้นไป
  3. วุฒิ ปวช,ปวส – ปริญญาตรี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ E-commerce 2 ปี
  5. มีความรู้ด้าน Marketplace Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok
  6. ใจรักบริการ ใส่ใจ เต็มใจให้บริการลูกค้า มี Service mind มีทักษะในการเจรจา
  7. มีทักษะในการใช้ภาษาตอบแชท
  8. ใจเย็น มีสติ และทัศนคติที่ดี อัธยาศัยดี เข้ากับคนอื่นได้ง่าย ไม่ใช้อารมณ์ในการแก้ปัญหา
  9. มีมุมมองที่ดีต่อลูกค้าและองค์กร สามารถปรับตัวตามนโยบายขององค์กรได้
  10. สามารถทำงานวันเสาร์ หรือ อาทิตย์ได้ ตอบแชทในวันหยุดได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
