Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for confirming the safety status of the transportation handover area to ensure that the improved environment can provide a safe, convenient and efficient working environment for operators 2. Responsible for the daily management of each outsourcing work, to ensure the normal development of daily business 3. Responsible for organizing the outsourcing transportation communication meeting on time, summarizing the problems existing in the transportation work and sharing the results 4. Responsible for the establishment and revision of KPI assessment, the organization and convening of monthly PDCA and annual transportation summary meeting 5. Responsible for establishing the relevant transportation management statements and transportation provider management system, ensure the delivery quality, win customer satisfaction, maintain a good image of the company and improve the reputation of the company 6. Responsible for the handling of financial and personnel related matters, department logistics and material procurement work, etc 7. Responsible for the daily reimbursement of the department 8. Responsible for the reconciliation, expense accounting, billing and fund recovery tracking with customers and outsourcing units at the end of the month 9. Responsible for the attendance statistics of the department staff 10. Responsible for the weekly summary of the group work, the next work plan and the department data production 11. Complete the other work assigned by the superior
Qualifications
  1. At least 1 year- related working experience in finance, responsible for the monthly expense settlement and reimbursement of the department ; supervise, manage and control the transportation of after-sales parts
  2. College degree or above
  3. Proficient in using office software, understand the logistics and warehousing whole, block operation process, familiar with fee settlement and other related processes, and hold a Thai car driving license
  4. Chinese and Thai languages
