Job Descriptions
1. Monitor and analyze market trends, supplier performance, and product specifications to identify opportunities for cost savings improvements.
2. Monitor the production plan, ensure that the inventory is correct, and order products according with the production department's requirements.
3.Soucing new vendors to satisfy the needs of the customers. In terms of product quality and price, as well as a monthly evaluation of new vendors' delivery performance.
4. Compare and Evaluate offer from suppliers.
5. Negotiate contract term of agreement and pricing.
6. Track order and ensure timely delivery.
7. Prepare a summary report for monthly raw material purchases. Along with inventory movement data and controlling monthly inventories that achieve the company's goals.
8. Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize purchasing activities and achieve cost savings while meeting quality and delivery requirements.
Qualifications
- จบปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Procument,
- ทำงานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- จัดทำฐานข้อมูลและแฟ้มข้อมูลของแผนกจัดซื้อและจัดเก็บเอกสารต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบคุณภาพ
- ตรวจเช็คเอกสารใบรับสินค้าจากแผนกต่างๆ พร้อมทั้งทวนสอบกับใบแจ้งหนี้ และบันทึกข้อมูลก่อนส่งให้แผนกบัญชี
- จัดทำสำเนาของใบสั่งซื้อ, ใบแจ้งหนี้, และใบขอซื้อพร้อมทั้งเก็บเข้าแฟ้มข้อมูล
- ปฏิบัติงานตามคำสั่งของหัวหน้าตามสายบังคับบัญชา
- ทำเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ภายในแผนก และจัดเตรียมอุปกรณ์เครื่องเขียนสำหรับปฏิบัติงาน
- รับผิดชอบสำหรับการตรวจสอบ 5ส. ของแผนก และดูแลความเรียบร้อยของจุดศูนย์รวมเครื่องเขียน
