Job Descriptions

1. Qualify and approve development activities regarding Raw material (components) and Suppliers. 2. Assess, monitor and contain the quality risk related to suppliers management. 3. Incoming inspection. - Follow up incoming planning with Engineering on new RM samples. - Inspect new samples raw material following supplier specification, AMW and customer requirements. - Inform Logistic, Engineering and Accounting department as soon as possible about all problems with raw material. - Follow raw material in incoming prison as WI 0507 weekly with IQA. 4. Control of NPI raw material. - Set up incoming inspections format for first mass order of a new RM. - Perform suppliers audits. - Conduct new part qualification. - Centralize Raw Material compliance information and issue certificates of product compliance. 5. Command, Control and development the subordinate. - Provide training and competence development as company required. - Conduct the Subordinate performance evaluation. - Control and update the documentation include quality record in accordance with system requirements.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Industry Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Science in Physic, Mathematics, Stats of related field.
Min 1-5 years of experience for QA/QC in Manufacturing or system.
Can use the basic measurement device.
Know the sampling plan AQL-STD-105E.
Abilities in statistical techniques and Knowledge ISO 9001.
Strong communication skills in English.
Able to use MS Office very well.
