Production Team Leader

Job Descriptions
1. Lead and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring they are motivated, organized, and working efficiently.
2. Implement and enforce quality control processes to ensure that products meet established standards.
3. Collaborate with production planners and other relevant departments to create production schedules and plans.
4. Train new team members on production procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
5. Communicate production goals, updates, and issues to the team.
6. Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the productivity and efficiency of the production team.
7. Develop strategies to improve performance and meet production goals.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in motor vehicle industrial (OEM).
- ็High vocational or above.
- Good communication skills in English. If can speak Chinese is prefer.
- Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in production leader or supervision in manufacturing environment.
