Job Descriptions
-Assist to Sales Executive Manager in your team with order fulfilment, covering the entire process from initiated customer’s PO until the orders are delivered. -Act as the main operator ensuring supplies meet customer specifications and well-organized before delivery. -Ensure all documentation related to customers’ orders are completed, accurate and filed correctly. -Collaborate closely with the Inventory team to make sure that the stock levels meet your customers’ orders each week. -Manage sales plan, conduct product presentations, negotiate with purchasing department, while service Modern trade customers in your team in order to achieve sales goal as set. -Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by your Sales Executive Manager. -ช่วยเหลือผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายในทีมของคุณในงานขายทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่ได้รับใบสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากลูกค้า จนถึงการส่งมอบสินค้าให้แก่ลูกค้าได้อย่างถูกต้องครบถ้วน -ดูแลรับผิดชอบเรื่องงานจัดการ เพื่อให้ออเดอร์สินค้าถูกต้องตรงตามสเปคการสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าก่อนการส่งมอบ -ดูแลตรวจสอบเอกสารทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าให้ครบถ้วน และบันทึกข้อมูลลงระบบอย่างถูกต้อง -ทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า โดยประสานงานเพื่อตรวจสอบว่าปริมาณสินค้าคงคลัง สอดคล้องหรือเพียงพอต่อคำสั่งซื้อของลูกค้าในแต่ละสัปดาห์ -วางแผนการขาย ประสานงานด้านการนำเสนอสินค้า และเจรจาต่อรองกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อของบริษัทลูกค้า ตลอดจนดูแลกลุ่มลูกค้า Modern trade เพื่อทำยอดขายให้บรรลุตามเป้าที่กำหนด -ปฏิบัติงานและรับผิดชอบงานเพิ่มเติมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการฝ่ายขายของคุณ
Qualifications
  1. Good command of verbal and written English / สามารถพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
  2. At least 1 year of work experience in related fields / มีประสบการณ์ทำงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. Knowledge in Thai FDA rules & regulations will be advantage / มีความรู้ด้านกฎระเบียบและข้อบังคับของ อย. จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. Experience in food supply chain with Modern trades is a plus / มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Food supply chain กับห้าง Modern trade จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office / มีทักษะด้าน Microsoft Office เป็นอย่างดี
  6. Ability to do multitask and perform well under pressure / สามารถทำงาน multitask และทำงานได้ดีภายใต้ความกดดัน
  7. Work on Mon-Fri 8.30 -17.30 / ทำงานวันจันทร์ - วันศุกร์ เวลา 8.30 น. – 17.30 น.
  8. Workplace : BTS Saint Louise station / สถานที่ทำงาน : สาทร BTS สถานีเซนต์หลุยส์
