Job Descriptions
1.Market Expansion: Actively engage with potential new customers to expand market presence. 2.Sales Planning and Execution: Develop and implement effective sales plans, analyze market trends, forecast sales, and devise tactics. 3.Customer Management: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with existing customers. 4.Product Promotion: Communicate the features and benefits of products to potential customers. 5.Team Coordination: Manage the sales team's activities, aligning with company goals. 6.Performance Monitoring: Review sales data and team performance, adjusting strategies as needed. 7.Feedback Integration: Utilize customer feedback and market insights for product and strategy development. 8.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Ensure a consistent approach to sales across departments. 9.Training and Development: Identify and address training needs within the team. 10.Compliance and Ethics: Uphold legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Qualifications
  1. 中、泰、英文流利。
  2. Male Female age 30 - 35 years old.
  3. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  4. Minimum of 5-7 years of sales experience, ideally in a similar industry.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Additional language skills pertinent to the Asia Pacific market are advantageous.
  6. Proficiency in software and MS Office Suite
  7. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
