Job Descriptions

1.Design and optimize program PnP machine. 2.Create SMT placement program 3.To support SMT process for Prototype, NPI and mass production 4.Create manufacturing documents and product qualification & validation documents. 5.To lead productivity improvement project 6.Develops, improve and optimize process. or other statistical techniques. 7.Coordinate with other personnel' concerning process activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering: Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Related Fields
Minimum 2 years. experience in SMT process with hands on SMT machines
Experienced with BOM reviews and component packaging
Have good professional ethics, responsibility and team spirit
Understanding of SMT component package types
Strong mechanical aptitude including strong troubleshooting skills.
