Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำเอกสาร Invoice/ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
2. ติดตามการรับชำระเงิน
3. ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ทำการรับเงิน
4. จัดทำเอกสาร พร้อมทั้งใบสำคัญรับ
5. บันทึกลงบัญชี รับ-จ่าย
6. จัดทำรายงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับรายการลูกหนี้
7. จัดทำรายงานและยื่น ภาษีซื้อ-ขาย ยื่น ภงด.3, 53
8. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิ ปวส.-ปริญญาตรี
- มีประสบการณ์การทำบัญชีลิสซิ่ง จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ
- มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ เเละสามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ในบางครั้ง
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถประสานงานกับบุคคลภายใน และภายนอกองค์กรได้
- สามารถใช้ Program Express ได้
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft เช่น Excel, Word ได้
