Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำเอกสาร Invoice / ใบเสร็จรับเงิน
2. ติดตามการรับชำระเงิน
3. ตรวจสอบ และควบคุมความถูกต้องของเอกสารที่ทำการรับเงิน
4. จัดทำเอกสาร พร้อมทั้งใบสำคัญรับ
5. ลงบันทึกรายรับในระบบ Express
6. จัดทำรายงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวกับรายการลูกหนี้
7. จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ - ขาย
8. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- ปวส-ปริญญาตรี
- (มีประสบการณ์ การทำบัญชีลิสซิ่งจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- มีความละเอียด รอบคอบ
- มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี ทำงานเป็นทีม เเละสามารถทำงานล่วงเวลาได้ในบางครั้ง
- ทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้ดี
- สามารถประสานงานกับบุคคลภายใน และภายนอกองค์กรได้
- ใช้ Program Express
- สามารถใช้ Microsoft เช่น Excel, Word ได้
