Job Descriptions
1. Issue C/O after receive PO from customer.
2. Issue P/O to all of supplier for export shipment.
3. Coordinate with freight forwarder to booking vessel.
4. Check draft customs entry and B/L for export shipment.
5. Issue case mark to supplier.
6. Issue DO take part for export shipment.
7. Issue GRN for export shipment.
8. Issue export invoice in ERP systems.
9. Sending original shipping document to customer.
10. Issue payment voucher.
11. Any assignment from Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Female, age 28-32
- Bachelor's degree in Logistic or any related field.
- At least 5 years working experience as import and export field.
- Good knowledge and Practical in PLC would be an advantage.
- Good command of English (Speaking, Writing, Reading).
