Job Descriptions
1. Prepare and check import and export documents such as L/C, B/L, Commercial Invoice, AK Form Packing list. 2. Contact and coordinate with sales department and customers regarding product packages and coordinate with import and export companies. 3. Contact and coordinate with freight forwarders, book shipping lines, book flights and vehicles used for transportation. 4. Follow up on progress reports of import shipments and provide updates to relevant parties. 5. Prepare LPI documents for clearing goods. 6. Check the delivered goods and coordinate with relevant parties. 7. Check the shipping documents and invoices to ensure they are in line with the tariffs and check the tax rates of each type of product to ensure they are in line with the tariffs of the Customs Department. 8. Responsible for other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  1. Male-Female
  2. Age 25 years and above
  3. Educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in a related field
  4. You can travel to work by yourself (no shuttle service)
  5. Able to work overtime
  6. Can communicate in English/Chinese
  7. Be honest and sincere
  8. Can work every Saturday
