Job Descriptions

1. Design, develop, and update training programs, materials, and resources to meet the organization's learning objectives. 2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and relevant. 3. Conduct training sessions for employees, both in-person and virtually. 4.Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and collaboration with department heads. 5. Provide information on company policies, culture, and expectations. 6. Ensure employees receive necessary compliance training in areas such as safety, ethics, and diversity. 7. Provide guidance to managers on identifying and addressing performance issues through training.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related.
Good command in Chinese and English
3 years of experience in employee training.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Understanding of employee training process.
