Job Descriptions1. Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts between employees or between employees and management.
2. Develop and update employee relations policies and procedures.
3. Serve as an advocate for employees, providing guidance and support on workplace issues.
4. Ensure fair and consistent application of policies across the organization.
5. Stay abreast of labor laws, regulations, and industry trends to ensure the organization's policies align with legal requirements.
6. Facilitate communication between employees and management.
7. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
8. Conduct investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, or other employee misconduct.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English (Chinese is preferred)
- 3 years of experience in HR, Employee relation
- Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Understanding of employee relation management.
