Job Descriptions

1. Formulate and implement schemes for the localization of parts. 2. Develop comprehensive plans for parts development. Take the lead in reviewing and accepting component tooling. 3. Assume responsibility for rectifying quality issues in new parts and verifying their effectiveness. 4. Implement the initial management of parts production, which includes on-site reviews and capacity management. 5. Manage supplier process consistency, conducting product audits and process audits. 6. Execute engineering change management and design change management for mass production parts. 7. Evaluate the quality performance of mass production suppliers and parts. 8. Provide support for product transfer production, conducting capacity verification, parts and tooling transfer (development) validation, and implementing problem improvements. 9. Coordinate supplier resource assurance and implement risk control and coordination. 10. Effectively manage projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial manufacturing or relevant fields.
More than 5 years working experience of STA/SQE position in automotive (OEM) industry.
Well-versed in the localization certification process.
Familiar with supplier management, supplier system construction, and project management.
Knowledgeable in tooling development.
Proficient in the parts production process.
Brings valuable experience in project management.
Proficient in English; Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
