Job Descriptions

- Define and document the scope of outsourced IT services - Monitor the delivery of outsourced IT services to ensure they meet quality standards and performance expectations. - Lead and manage a team of IT support professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support - Manage the resolution of incidents and problems, ensuring quick and effective solutions - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support. - Implement processes and procedures to optimize service delivery and efficiency - Work closely with the IT leadership team to align outsourced activities with the organization's IT strategy and objectives. - Provide input and recommendations on IT outsourcing decisions based on business needs and priorities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in managing outsourced IT services and vendor relationships
Strong understanding of IT service delivery processes and best practices
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in IT outsourcing.
Experience in IT Security / Risk assessment / vulnerability assessment
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, strategically and creatively, equally effective in strategy and execution
