2. To develop new Parking Project (From land to building)
In your carrier step, you will experience both roles in order to provide best service to Parking User, Parking Owner and contribute to Society.
Responsibilities
Looking for new parking user in every method (by telephone, e-mail or direct approach)
Close the deal with customer until application phase
Conduct area research to identify sales opportunities and identify customer needs.
Survey new land or buildings to find new opportnities to develop our project
Propose to Land Owner / Building Owner about our service
Achieve all KPIs and OKRs set by the management team.
Qualifications - Challenge Spirits
- Good communication in English
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Good in Microsoft Office
- Fresh graduated are welcome
- Excellent communication,negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
