Job Descriptions
Customer Service
- The general nature of the work is to coordinate with customers via telephone and email.
- Assisting and communicating with customers regarding B/L documents
- Issuing B/L documents
- Receiving and collecting customer cheques
- Closing accounts and handling related documentation
- Working days are Mon – Fri, 8.30 – 17.30

- Base salary 20,000 baht
- Meal allowance for working days: 100 baht per day (average 18-21 days)
- Social security fund

- Annual medical expenses starting at 20,000 baht (exceeding social security)
- Activities such as outing, staff party, CSR, Sport day.
- Activity clubs: badminton, padel tennis, bowls, sports clubs (fitness-swimming)
- (After probation) Provident fund : Employee’s contribution 5-15% & Employer’s contribution 5%.
- (After probation) Annual bonus based on performance
- Exceeding working time 2 hours (dinner allowance 100 baht)
- OT until 22.00 (Taxi allowance 100 baht)

Qualifications
- Any gender
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in related field
- TOEIC 500+ scores is a must
- Able to communicate and respond to emails in English
- Ability of car driving with license
