Job Descriptions
- Understanding logistic procedure and taking care of administration work.
- Control shipment schedule by coordinate with outsource shipping.
- Follow up closely with agents and shipping liners to ensure that pricing is provide on time.
- Coordinate with internal department about production planning, packaging plan and control the dispatching department for loading cargo as order requirement.
- Preparing invoice for all payment such as shipping expense, freight forwarder and trailer expense to accounting dept.
- Recheck and verify all shopping document (Invoice, Packing list, BL, form or others)
- Other tasks as assigned by assistant manager.
working time
6 days / week (Saturday 1 day per month)
Time 08:00a.m. - 17:00p.m.
Location Samrong, Samut Prakan
Qualifications
- Education Bachelor's Degree
- Male, Female age 24 - 35 Years
- At least 1 years' Experience in logistics
- Good command in English (Written and Spoken)
- Computer Skill: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
