Job Descriptions
We are a Singapore-based mobile game company expanding our operations in Thailand. As a General Affairs Admin Executive, you will be overseeing all back-office operations & will be in charge of maintaining daily office operations. General Admin Assist in setting up a new office space Prepare & maintain company databases in Google sheet/Wrike platform for various projects & tasks Prepare communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence Create & maintain filing systems (electronic) Answer phones & greet visitors Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned by management Oversee, handle & maintain employees' attendance & leave The main contact person for all office, employees matter & any correspondence with the government. Able to interpret communications between the Thailand & Singapore offices. HR Admin Assist in overall HR functions to ensure efficiency in day-to-day operations which includes recruiting & Interviewing potential applicants Handling confidential contracts/resumes of candidates for the recruiting process Manage onboarding/off-boarding of employees Administrate staff access passes, equipment etc Assist to implement HR & Administrative policies, compensation and benefits. Maintain the human resource information system including PND.1, PND.1K, 50WHT, SSF, KT20,25,26. Assist in applying for Visa & Work Permit (TAX & SSF for expats) Compliance policy and document Finance Admin Assist in bank reconciliation and list of accrual Administrate invoices relating to procurement and other monthly expenses. Supporting accounting department such as Payment Voucher, Receipt Voucher, Contract, Quotation, Invoice Requirements: Minimum IGCSE qualifications. 3-5 years experience in administration/business support He/she should possess a positive attitude, is well-organized and able to multitask. Computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft, Google system and Apple MacOS system Fluent communication skills in written and spoken English + Thai.
Qualifications
  1. Candidate should have minimum IGCSE qualifications.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in administration or business support
  3. Experience in working in a dynamic organization is a plus
  4. He/she should possess a positive attitude, is well-organized and able to multitask.
  5. Computer literacy, familiar with Microsoft, Google system and Apple MacOS system
  6. Works independently, good team player, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Basic communication skills in written and spoken english, fluent in Thai.
