Job Descriptions
• หาช่องทางธุรกิจและหาจุดยืนให้กับแบรนด์ MAJESTY GOLF และ McKAYSON ในตลาดปลีกส่งของประเทศไทย • วางกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจเพื่อขยายฐานลูกค้าและรับประกันความแข็งแกร่งของแบรนด์ • สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีและแข็งแกร่งกับลูกค้าด้วยการหาผู้ร่วมมือทางธุรกิจที่เหมาะกับองค์กรและเข้าใจความต้องการของพวกเขา • ประสานงานโลจิสติกส์, การตกแต่งหน้าร้าน (VM) และการตลาดแบบบูรณาการ • นำเสนอรายงานยอดขาย, รายได้และค่าใช้จ่าย รวมถึงสิ่งที่คาดการณ์ไว้ตามความเป็นจริงให้แก่ทีมผู้บริหาร • ให้บริการระดับสูงสุดและความเชี่ยวชาญทางเทคนิคตั้งแต่การ sell in จนถึงการ sell through • จัดการธุรกิจในทุกด้านเพื่อดำเนินรายการขายส่ง เช่น การขายระหว่างดำเนินการ – การนำเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์และการฝึกอบรม, การวางแผนธุรกิจ เป็นต้น • รายงานยอดขายและวิเคราะห์การค้าปลีกเป็นประจำ • ดูแลการขายของบริษัทย่อยในต่างประเทศอย่าง MAJESTY GOLF และ McKAYSON • บรรลุยอดขายประจำปีที่ตั้งเป้าไว้ในประเทศไทยและจัดการบัญชี • บริหารการบริการลูกค้าของผู้จัดจำหน่ายทั้งในและต่างประเทศ • Devise a business entrance and brand positioning plan for MAJESTY GOLF and McKAYSON brand in the Thailand retail market • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the companys’ customer base and ensure its strong presence • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by finding the suitable partners by understanding their needs • Coordinate logistics, visual merchandising (VM) and marketing integration • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team • Provide the highest level of service and technical expertise from sell in to sell through • Manage all aspects of the business for wholesale account list including: Sell in process – product presentations and product trainings, business planning etc. • Administer regular sales reports and analysis of retail • Oversee sales of overseas subsidiaries, mainly focused on MAJESTY GOLF and McKAYSON • Achieve annual sales volume targets for Thailand and manage key accounts • Operate customer service for international/domestic distributors
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือเทียบเท่า
  2. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และมีศักยภาพด้านการวิเคราะห์เชิงธุรกิจ
  3. ประสบการณ์ 5 ปีในตำแหน่งผู้ออกขายภายนอกหรือในอุตสาหกรรมกอล์ฟ
  4. ประสบการณ์และความรู้ด้านกอล์ฟที่กว้างขวาง รวมถึงความรู้ทางเทคนิคของไม้กอล์ฟและตลาดการสำหรับจัดจำหน่าย
  5. ทักษะด้านการสื่อสารที่ดีเยี่ยม
  6. มีความเป็นผู้นำตนเอง, มีความรับผิดชอบ, มั่นคง, พร้อมที่จะเรียนรู้และมีทักษะในการแก้ไขปัญหา
  7. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริการระดับนานาชาติ: เช่น การวางแผนกลยุทธ์ทางธุรกิจ/การพัฒนาธุรกิจ/การวิจัยตลาด/การจัดการลูกค้า เป็นต้น
  8. มีประสบการณ์ด้านอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตอุปกรณ์กอล์ฟหรือธุรกิจที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  9. ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษขั้นพื้นฐาน
  10. สามารถเดินทางไปต่างประเทศได้
  11. Bachelor’s or equivalent degree
  12. Basic computer and business analysis skills
  13. 5 years’ experience in an outside sales role, golf industry
  14. A comprehensive golf experience and knowledge, including technical knowledge of golf clubs and its distribution market
  15. Strong communication skills
  16. Self-motivated, responsible, stable, willing to learn and has problem-solving skills
  17. Experience in global services: business strategy planning/business development/market research/customer management etc.
  18. Experience in golf manufacturing or related businesses
  19. Ability to speak and write in basic English
  20. Availability for overseas travel.
