Job Descriptions
•New spare parts build up, Process design, manufacturing, timing plan monitoring and control. •Support current production for repair spare parts, timing plan monitoring and control. •Support current and new mold tool manufacturing CAD/CAM •Material, Cutting tool, Equipment monitoring and control •Involve and work as a Team with new mold tools project launch, Engineering Change Management System, 4M change management control, Practical Problem Solving supported. •Support current production for Jig Fixture build up and repairing •Support new project in tooling design/ manufacturing, mold flow analysis •Create Work instruction and lead to training to teams
Qualifications
  1. High technical mechanical manufacturing or Bachelor graduation with Industrial, Mechanical, Plastic Engineering and related field
  2. Professional experience minimum 5 years in plastic mold industry and mold tools design
  3. Strongly skill experience in CAD/CAM appreciate in NX11 and professional evaluation 3D scan, VISI, CAD mold
  4. Willingness to travel oversea and stay aboard 3 month period
  5. Good command in English in writing and speaking
  6. Basic manufacturing process EDM , SHM, Wire cut, Drill EDM
  7. Basic knowledge plastic mold injection process
  8. Basic Mold tool design
