Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. 2. Identify and target potential clients in the logistics industry, considering their specific needs and requirements. 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring effective communication and excellent customer service. 4. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor analysis, and potential business opportunities. 5. Collaborate with the customer service team to create impactful sales campaigns and promotional materials. 6. Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to key decision-makers, highlighting the benefits and value of our logistics services. 7. Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients, ensuring optimal profitability while maintaining client satisfaction. 8. Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, performance, and market trends. 9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, and networking events to expand professional network. 10. Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Proven track record of success in logistics sales, with at least 5 years of experience.
  3. Strong knowledge of the logistics industry, including import/export regulations, incoterms, and transportation management.
  4. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  6. Proficient in using TRM software and CRM systems.
  7. Availability to travel as needed.
