Job Descriptions
- Properly handle cases and customer complaints, Identify, analyze and prioritize customer issues and escalate them to higher level or cross-functional teams to resolve the issues on time - Deliver the best services to customer and highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures - Build customer satisfaction score - Ensure best quality of work and communicate effectively with the team - Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, and implement improvements as needed. - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless coordination and communication in serving clients.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
  2. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
  3. Good Computer skills and Typing Skills
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application
  5. Fair command of spoken and written English is a plus
  6. Good communication and interaction with customers
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
