Job Descriptions- Properly handle cases and customer complaints, Identify, analyze and prioritize customer issues and escalate them to higher level or cross-functional teams to resolve the issues on time
- Deliver the best services to customer and highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures
- Build customer satisfaction score
- Ensure best quality of work and communicate effectively with the team
- Monitor and evaluate customer service metrics, such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores, and implement improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless coordination and communication in serving clients.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines
- Good Computer skills and Typing Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software application
- Fair command of spoken and written English is a plus
- Good communication and interaction with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
