Job Descriptions

-Conduct troubleshooting and resolution of hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and various devices. Ensure adherence to security best practices by aligning all platforms and policies. -Administer and uphold the integrity of the network system, internet connectivity, LAN, servers, and mail server. -Conduct routine checks on network infrastructure, software applications, computers, laptops, servers, printers, licenses, and antivirus systems daily. -Provide support for end users utilizing the ERP system. Install and set up computer hardware, software, networks, printers, scanners, and systems. -Oversee day-end processes, implement data backup strategies, and manage recovery procedures. -Collaborate with the IT team to communicate and clarify complex issues as required. -Others as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of work experience in IT support roles, help desk, or technical support positions is preferred.
Good command of English is must.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices.
Knowledge of computer networks, LAN, and server administration.
Experience with configuring and maintaining software applications and systems.
Familiarity with ERP systems and their support.
Competence in installing and setting up computer hardware, networks, printers, scanners, etc.
Understanding of security best practices and the ability to align systems and policies accordingly.
Knowledge of data backup and recovery processes.
