- ประสบการณ์การทำงานย่างน้อย 5ปีขึ้นไป (การจัดการโรงงานและการผลิต ผักและผลไม้ตัดแต่ง)
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์
- สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
- กำหนดเป้าหมาย และวางแผนการผลิตร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ควบคุมดูแลการผลิตสินค้าให้เป็นไปตามมาตราฐาน และแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้
- ควบคุมดูแลการซ่อมบำรุง
