Job Descriptions

• To crated, design, buy off and development of new tooling for NPI. ( All process ) • Respond to define correct parameter and release process parameter of NPI with 100 % completed release. • Optimize set up and program to improve Process effectiveness by project • Analyze yield of processes to ensure process capabilities before transfer to mass production. • Monitoring result and report result and action plan after improve by weekly and monthly to Manager. • Prepare and release work instruction, check sheet, drawing of tooling of NPI before transfer to mass production. • Design process flow and process capacity calculation both normal and special process. • Monitoring, report and close action before transfer to mass production. • Design training method, teaching and instruction for NPI and the measurement of training effects. • Report and calculate usage of operating support material to team for NPI. • Improvement productivity or cost reduction or reduce NVA process with team by new technology. • Report progress of every project to PE manager by monthly. • Follow job PE manager’s assignment.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or higher in Electronics engineering or other related fields
Knowledge required of basic electronic components and electronics circuit.
Good command of spoken and written English
