Job Descriptions
Asset:
-Making the list of assets and monthly depreciation calculation
-handle and control Fixed Assets process
Payment:
-Arrange payment to Local and Oversea supplier by cheque and money transfers
Petty cash:
-Handle the petty cash process
Local Sales:
-Handle the document for local sales (invoice issuing, billing and entry the accounting)
Taxation: Submit the withholding tax of the local supplier to revenue Department
other task:
-Prepare summary data of sales for both Oversea and Local
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in accounting
- 1-3 years job experience, at lease
- Having an experience in accounting working in manufacturing industry field
