Job Descriptions
- Responsible for department organization process construction
- According to the issued production plan, decompose the work and organize the production
- Evaluate manufacturing processes based on quality criteria, such as efficiency and speed
- Develop and test effective automated and manual systems
- Production workshop personnel management.
- Production quality management
- Production workshop site and HSE management
- Production workshop cost control
- Workshop equipment, tools, tooling management
- Workshop continuous improvement
- Cooperate with new product trial production
- Workshop data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related.
- At least 3 years experience in a machining engineer from Automotive manufacturing.
- Able to communicate in English
- Can work as a team and can work under pressure.
