Job Descriptions

- Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. - Corroborating with other engineers to develop plans that improve production, costs, and labor required. - Analyzing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training. - Maintaining and enhancing production yield rate, quality and productivity with continuous improvement (Kaizen) - Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry or related field.
Ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations.
Analytical and problem solving skills
Have background of monomer polymerization
Microsoft Office and other engineering program.
Good command in English both writing and speaking
