Job Descriptions
-วางแผนการทำงานของตนให้สอดคล้องกับแผนการทำงานและเป้าหมายของทีมงานที่กำหนดไว้ -ปฏิบัติงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานที่กำหนดไว้ และลดข้อผิดพลาดการทำงานของตนเอง -สื่อสารและประสานการทำงานภายในทีมงาน เพื่อให้งานที่ได้รับมอบหมายบรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ -ปฏิบัติงานตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชาให้บรรลุผลสำเร็จ -ผลักดัน ควบคุม ติดตามและปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดของระบบบริหารจัดการต่างๆ ที่หน่วยงานเกี่ยวข้อง -ปฏิบัติงาน ตามหน้าที่ จป.หัวหน้างาน และปฏิบัติงาน ตามกฎหมายความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และกฎหมายอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการสรรหาและคัดเลือกบุคคลากร (Recruitment and Selection)
  2. ความรู้เบื้องต้นเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายแรงงานและประกันสังคม
  3. สามารถใช้งาน Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPiont, email) ได้ดี
  4. มีความรู้และความสามารถใช้งานระบบต่าง เกี่ยวกับงานบุคคลได้ดี
  5. ความรู้และความเข้าใจเรื่องกฎระเบียบ และข้อปฏิบัติต่าง ๆ ของบริษัทและแรงงานสัมพันธ์
  6. ทักษะการสื่อสารดี มีความระเอียดรอบคอบ และการจัดการเอกสารดี
