Job Descriptions
- จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย รวมถึงการขึ้นระบบจ่ายในช่องทางออนไลน์ (Online Banking) และออฟไลน์ (CHQ) พร้อมทั้งจัดทำหนังสือภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย - ตรวจสอบใบเสร็จรับเงิน ใบกำกับภาษีและหนังสือรับรองการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย - จัดทำใบสำคัญรับเงิน พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของยอดเงินที่ได้รับ - ตรวจสอบรายการเคลื่อนไหว Statement และจัดทำงบกระทบยอด - จัดทำงบกระแสเงินสดบริษัท พร้อมตรวจสอบรายการในทุกๆ วัน - ติดต่อประสานงานกับธนาคาร ในเรื่องเกี่ยวกับธุรกรรมทางการเงินต่างๆ - จัดทำแบบแสดงรายการภาษีเงินได้หัก ณ ที่จ่ายรายเดือน เพื่อเตรียมเอกสารสำหรับการนำส่งภาษีให้กับกรมสรรพากร - จัดเก็บเอกสารทางการเงินและบัญชีต่างๆ ให้ครบถ้วน เรียบร้อย อย่างเป็นระบบเพื่อเตรียมให้พร้อมสำหรับการตรวจสอบบัญชี - งานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 22 - 45 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาบัญชี - การเงิน หรือสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ 1-2 ปี ด้านงานรับ-จ่ายการเงิน
  4. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel
  5. มีความละเอียดและรอบคอบสูง
