Job Descriptions
1. Co-ordinate with Domestic customers on product’s technical issue. 2. Communicate with Sales team to ensure understanding of customer’s technical requirements. 3. Assistant to customer on product application and help solve problems with production usage when problem arise. 4. Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company’s 5. Organize team or related personal to provide technical support at customer’s factory once product’s application faced problem. 6. Build and maintain good relationship with existing customer and proactively seeking new potential customers.
Qualifications
  1. Age: 25 – 35 years, Male or Female
  2. Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or related filed.
  3. Skills: English language speaking and writing is must. Chinese language is preferable
  4. Service-minded, Technical knowledge, Creative, Initiative, Proactive, Goal- oriented and Customer Focused.
  5. Experience: 1 – 3 years in Sales, Marketing, Customer service, Technical, and able to work in fast pace and under pressure environment.
