Location: Samut Prakan Factory https://www.chanwanich.com/pic1/map2.jpg Report to: Production Manager (Card Printing) Subordinate: Production Team 100 people (Supervisor, Leader, Operator) Benefits package: Annual leave (11 days), Business leave (3 days), Public Holiday (15 days), Performance bonus, Parking lot, Group insurance (Health, Life, Emergency, IPD, OPD), Provident Fund Key Responsibilities: - บริหารจัดการกำลังคนในฝ่ายผลิตให้เหมาะสมและเพียงพอ (2 กะ: 8.00 – 17.00 และ 20.00-5.00 น.) - ควบคุมดูแลการผลิตให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น - ควบคุมต้นทุนในกระบวนการผลิต - พัฒนาและออกแบบกระบวนการผลิต - ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆ ในเรื่องที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Qualifications
  1. สัญชาติไทย ยินดีต้อนรับทุกเพศ อายุ 28-40 ปี
  2. ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมการพิมพ์ เทคโนโลยีการพิมพ์และบรรจุภัณฑ์ วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ
  3. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานในสายการผลิตไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารทีม
  5. มีภาวะผู้นำ
