Job Descriptions
•Incoming spare parts Inspection and components to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. •Supplier Collaboration to address quality concerns, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions. •Documentation and Reporting of incoming spare parts inspections, test results, and quality documentation. Prepare and present regular reports on the quality performance of incoming spare parts, highlighting any areas of improvement. •Ensure compliance with tool shop quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and update quality control processes. •Continuous Improvement in incoming quality assurance procedures. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues. •Support Precision tool shop to ensure all tooling are produced efficiently on time and in line with quality standards. •Daily management at Bosch standard. 5S, TPM, LPC, ISO, CIP and Cost tracking.
Qualifications
  1. Diploma / Bachelor of Machine Tool Technology, Tool & die. Mold injection, Industrial Engineering
  2. Good in English (spoken and written)
  3. Ability to operate CMM
  4. Effective in presentation Power point
  5. Problem solving sheet, ICHIKAWA diagram
  6. Ability to use 3 CAD NX, VISI, Solid Work, Inventor
  7. Effective in analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Effective Experience in Tool Die, Molding tools, spare parts & jig fixture manufacturing communication and collaboration abilities.
  9. Strong knowledge of quality control processes, standards
