Job Descriptions
Job Duties: •Responsible for the collection and documentation of environmental and safety-related records within the factory. •Ensure the accuracy of various documents and maintain an organized filing system. •Prepare documents for dissemination to employees regarding environmental and safety matters. •Handle purchasing of materials and equipment related to environmental and safety functions. • Monitor and control materials and equipment in the storage area of the Environmental and Safety Department •Coordinate and prepare documents for environmental and safety training for employees. •Perform other occupational safety duties as assigned by the employer.
Qualifications
  1. •Minimum qualification: Vocational Certificate (High Vocational Diploma) or a related bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  2. •Minimum of 1 year of experience in safety-related documentation within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  3. •Minimum of 1 year of experience in working with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
  4. •Knowledge of implementing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 systems.
  5. •Skilled in utilizing computer programs for work, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI, Teams), Canva, and Google Forms.
  6. •Able to support on overtime request on holiday.
