Job Descriptions
Job Descriptions: •Install, update, and replace IT equipment at annual intervals. •Diagnosing and troubleshooting both hardware and software issues. •Support and troubleshoot in ERP, business application and IT infrastructure. •Provide technical assistance and support to user. •Assist in ERP and business application area. •Assist in internal process control such as request management, and inventory control. •Support Administrative work in IT department. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT or related field.
  2. 3 years in IT Support or Application Support and IT infrastructure will be advantage.
  3. Experience with application development and database management system will be advantage.
  4. Able to communicate in English both writing and speaking.
  5. Positive attitude and service minded.
  6. Fast learning and problem-solving skill.
  7. Able to work overtime if needed.
  8. SAP, SAP S4/HANA,
