Job Descriptions
1. ดูแลให้บริการลูกค้าตอบแชทในร้านค้าออนไลน์ TikTok Shopee และ Lazada - บริการก่อนการขาย โดยบริการดูแลตอบคำถาม และแนะนำสินค้าให้กับลูกค้าที่เข้ามาสอบถาม - บริการหลังการขาย โดยบริการดูแลตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับการแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกี่ยวกับสินค้า การจัดส่งสินค้า หรือปัญหาอื่นๆที่ลูกค้าได้พบ รวมไปถึงจัดการคำสั่งซื้อที่ลูกค้ายกเลิก หรือคืนสินค้า และรีวิว 2. ช่วยดูแลติดตามคำสั่งซื้อในแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม และคำสั่งซื้อที่จัดส่งนอกระบบ (มีการติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อผ่านเว็บไซต์โกดังสินค้า) 3.คอยดูแลเกี่ยวกับอัตรา Rate ต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า และการจัดส่งสินค้าในแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม 4.เข้าออฟฟิศสัปดาห์ละ 1 วัน
Qualifications
  1. สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษพื้นฐานได้
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ม.6 /ปวช./ปวส/ปริญญาตรี
  3. ใช้ภาษาไทยถูกต้อง มีใจบริการ มีความอดทน จัดการอารมณ์ได้ดี มีทักษะการพูด การฟัง และการตัดสินใจที่ดี
  4. อายุ 23-35 ปี
  5. ใช้ภาษาไทยถูกต้อง มีใจบริการ มีความอดทน จัดการอารมณ์ได้ดี มีทักษะการพูด การฟัง และการตัดสินใจที่ดี
  6. สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม กล้าแสดงความคิดเห็น และรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่นได้ดี
  7. สามารถทำงานที่ยืดหยุ่นได้ มีความกระตือรือร้น มีความรับผิดชอบในการทำงาน พร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆอยู่เสมอ และสามารถค้นหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาเชิงรุกได้
