Job Descriptions
Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for building relationships and exceeding targets? Do you have a strong command of both English and Chinese and thrive in a fast-paced environment? If so, then we want to hear from you! We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and expanding our sales network within the Chinese-speaking market. You will identify and qualify potential customers, build strong relationships, and effectively present our products and services to achieve ambitious sales goals.
Qualifications
  1. Familiar with the real estate industry
  2. Fluent in English and Chinese
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  5. Ability to build relationships and work independently
  6. Ability to travel when necessary
  7. Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  8. Highly motivated and results-oriented
  9. Minimum 1 year of sales experience
