Job Descriptions
1.Employee relation
-Practice in role of Labor Relation include, company regulation, Activity, Sport, Labor law and law concerns.
-Following activity of year plan and suggestion to develop as better.
-Response CSR activity, New Year party, Company tour, Sport activity and all company activity
-To build a good relation between company and employee and chief.
-Update the Government information for the labor protection regulation, Labor Relations Act. Modify to conform and up to date at any time.
-Control and take care Labor Relation and Administration.
2.General affairs
-Control maintains and planning for transportation service as efficiency.
-Control maintains and planning for canteen as efficiency.
-Control maintains and planning for all rest area, Toilet as efficiency. And Drink Water.
-Control maintains and planning support Copy Machine.
3.Welfare system
-Response welfare document system on process weekly, Monthly
.
4.To build a good relation between company and employee and chief.
5.Supervise all employee level to proceed in accordance with the company code of conduct to promote company welfare for the employee.
6.Update the Government information for the labor protection regulation, Labor Relations Act. Modify to conform and up to date at any time.
7.Control and take care Labor Relation and Administration.
Qualifications
- Male or Female , Thai nationality, Age 22-26 years old.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human resources , Management , Psychology
- Experience 0 - 2 Years
- Can communication English and Good relationship and Teamwork
- fresh graduate are welcome to apply
