Job Descriptions

•Manage and maintain the company’s material and stocked product inventory including stock profiles and stock locations •Manage and control perpetual inventory stock counting / inventory accuracy checks •Minimize overstocks and removal of obsolete / redundant raw materials to maximize availability of working capital •Ensure that goods inward / stock control department is well organized and controlled to sufficiently support production and the goals of the business. •Ensure incoming product is receipted and managed appropriately according to company procedure. •Ensure materials are ready and available for production as and when required. •Ensure that any materials that are late or holding up production for whatever reason are chased and followed up until received. •Provide routine management information on inventory performance •Responsible for handling key account customer in customer service and support related to administrative work for handling order process, delivery, inventory, problem solving and correspondences. •There is also cover for warehousing process control and people management, focusing on handling, KPIs of stock accuracy and on-time delivery, together with continuous improvement, safety and security in the accordance to the compliance. •Maintain and update accuracy of data entry for all Warehouse Management and Information systems for all stock transactions i.e. receiving, put-away, picking, dispatch, cycle count, stock checks, stock takes and stock reconciliation. •Drive the admins/CS team and operations to correct and prevent any issues in warehouse/admins process, ISO compliance and 5S & Safety.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or logistics management.
Knowledge in Warehousing and Transportation in customer service practices.
Good command of spoken and written English and correspondence.
Competence in English and computer system
Basic warehouse operation includes receiving, put away, picking, and dispatching and cycle count.
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.)
Good communication skills - demonstrates willingness to share information.
Good analytical and problem solving skill and Communication and Negotiation skill
Experience in warehousing and inventory would be advantage.
Knowledge of customer service and administrative procedures
Basic warehouse/transport specification, quality rule and FIFO rule.
