Job Descriptions
•Invoicing to customers.
•Invoicing to any special projects.
•To cooperate with other operations in Logistics Dept.
•To serve and response any customer particularly new customer during developed.
•To support on procedure documentation preparation (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & 5S) and any other documents.
•To support Logistics operation on the freight forwarding aspect.
•To prepare the logistics report regularly and update all logistics information base.
•Logistics training documentation preparation.
•Cooperate with logistics corrective action and follow up.
•Cooperate / contact with other departments for facilities on logistics.
•Other jobs as assigned by header
•Maintain and follow rules, regulations of company, safety & health and environmental rules
Qualifications
- Bachelor ‘s degree or equivalent commercial school
- Minimum 1 years experience in industrial warehousing operation
- Familiar with any warehouse management system
- Having service mind/ be a strong leader and honest
- Able to use computer – Microsoft office
