Job Descriptions
- Assist his/her superior with customer service matters including air freight, ocean freight, and domestic.
- Manage and support subordinates in the CS department.
- Take care of the removal task (personal effects).
- Other tasks as per the assignment.
*** Remark : The company provides a shuttle van from Chiang Mai to the workplace.
Qualifications
- Half Thai, half Japanese, or Thai person with a Japanese sense or have experience living in Japan for many years.
- Native speaker of Japanese or Japanese skill N2 or more.
- Have experience working as a forwarder or know the trading business.
- Basic English skills.
- Have a high level of communication skills.
- Working from Monday to Friday and a half-day on Saturday.
