- Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process and also coaching, counseling to get productive and control the product quality follow the GMP/HACCP/HALAL systems.
- Maintains equipment, machine and cleaning process follow the systems.
- To have good communication and cooperation in the production department between the production manager, production supervisor, team leader/assistant until production staff and also to cooperate with other departments.
- Solving production problems by analyzing data, investigating issues, identifying solutions and recommending action, and also good communication to the department who concern.
- Complete production according to planning schedule and update the situation to the department who concern.
- Plan staff to balance the job on next day
- Prepare relevant documents according to GMP and ISO systems and other standards.
