Job Descriptions
•Support machine installation, setup and validation with Maintenance, Quality and Production; assess and approve performance in production •Be the main shop floor technical support for Assembly and Lens Cutting processes •Measure/improve the production performance improving Productivity and Quality •Work close with Production to ensure optimum performance and daily output •Partner with the Quality team for the process/product validation and defect troubleshooting •Work in a close relation with Maintenance team for machine installation to ensure capacity increase/process improvement •Support and provide technical guidance to the production operators, trainers, machine setters and leaders
Qualifications
  1. Diploma degree in Mechanic, Industrial or equivalent
  2. Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in the shop floor supporting and setting machine for cutting process and support assembly line with high aesthetics and cosmetics appeal, with a demonstrating process technical expertise and analytical skills
  3. Knowledge CAD, CAM
  4. Experience operate CNC machine and strong analytical G code movement to improve lost time and quality.
