Job Descriptions

• Manage current customer commitment and relationship. • Support and direct subordinates. • Increase sales volume from new projects of current customers. • Coordinate customer visit/meeting/audit. • Prepare for customer visit/audit. • Handle, and control orders from customers check prices, and input data into the system. • Acquire new customers and generate leads for new accounts or projects to achieve business and financial targets and grow the business. • Conduct meetings with existing and potential customers to develop current customer relationships and to create new/potential customer relationships. • Directly reports to the General Manager. • Regularly contact internal and external parties. • Support team members to solve the complex requirements of customers. Work Location: Year 2024 January- May work at BKK Office or Prachinburi plant, 304 Industrial Park. June work at Chachoengsao plant, TFD2 Industrial Estate.

Qualifications

Graduate of any Engineering Course or related courses in the field of Science (Biology, Chemistry, Food science, Microbiology
With 1-3 years progressively responsible experience in quality assurance and / or quality control, especially customer complaint handling
Experience and background in ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, 5S and Safety are advantage
Knowledge in using relevant quality tools
With solid experience and background on the implementation of quality plans, work instructions, procedural manuals and other quality documents in a manufacturing industry.
Good English language skills (oral and written)
Strong negotiation, communication, and conflict management skills
Strong problem-solving skills
High level of initiative, commitment, and integrity
Able to respond immediately to issues of the customers and team members
Able to work under pressured environment and changing requirements of the customers.
Able to perform and carry out jobs with less supervision from immediate superior
Able to align with immediate superior to get strategic decision and critical impact of a decision.
