Responsibilities
•Posting advertisements on the website.
•Planning out search objectives, strategies and timelines.
•Researching and mapping out markets to identify the most sought-after candidates in the market.
•Searching for candidates who match the client’s qualifications from the website and the company’s database.
•Directly approaching candidates professionally and confidentially.
•Contacting, screening and interviewing candidates to assess suitability.
•Providing details of job vacancies to candidates.
•Maintaining and updating the database and searching for new sources for candidates.
•Supporting team manager by making appointments with candidates and the clients for interviews.
•Other assignments to support team manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in any field.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer services/ sales field or as a recruiter in manufacturing sector.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, active and fast learning person.
- Good command of English.
