Job Descriptions
1. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers in the plastic industry.
2. Understand customer needs and identify opportunities for product and service solutions.
3. Generate and identify leads and successfully sell products.
4. Negotiate and close sales, provide technical support and customer service to assigned customers.
5. Travel extensively to visit customers and attend industry events.
Qualifications
- Male , fluent in Thai and Chinese.
- Age: 22-40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience or outstanding graduates.
- Willing to develop career in the plastic industry.
- Preferably with a driver's license, adapt to travel extensively.
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong work ethic and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- On-the-job training arrangement for staff about compound plastic related knowledge and sales skills.
